$175,000 - $225,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description

As an Associate Dentist at Creston Dental & Braces, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care with the support of your team. Our modern facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.

We have a diverse patient base, primarily comprised of children and adults, with approximately 70% of our patients under the age of 21. Our office flow is designed to optimize productivity, with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.

We accept state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors, offering a unique opportunity to serve a broad range of patients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A DDS or DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where we operate or eligibility for licensure
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
