Quality Assurance Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the North America Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and government regulations.
  • Lead the Regional Quality Standardization committee to drive quality improvements and consistency across all HDMA locations.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues through collaboration with QMS representatives and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and implement control plans to ensure compliance with government Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements.
  • Administer and maintain systems required to manage the QMS, audit plans, non-conformities, training, and records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of related experience in quality management systems, ISO 9001, and government regulations.
