Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading efforts to provide business analysis and program/project support for the development, enhancement, and quality assessment of various Lines of Business (LOBs). They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create related documentation, and complete attribution mapping details for data elements from source systems to target Transaction Data Mart (TDM), prospects, householding, household aggregation, and specialty marts within the data supply chain (DSC).

  • Capture complex standards, processes, system, and/or multiple systems across multiple stakeholders; apply Agile PLC/SDLC principles to deliverables.
  • Develop and refine stories to translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and stories enabling the development team.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert on business solutions and technical platform capabilities.
  • Support product backlog development and maintenance for prioritization and planning aligned with business objectives and roadmap.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing ensuring quality in application releases and user experience.
  • Contribute to training creation, facilitating, managing, and recommending for all aspects of support provided.
