Civil Construction Site Supervisor

The Civil Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Project Superintendent on-site, overseeing daily activities of subcontractors and managing field operations related to civil projects. With expertise in site preparation, excavation, and underground piping installation, the supervisor brings essential skills and experience to the team.
Key Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent technical training and/or relevant experience is required.
- A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in underground utility construction and earthworks.
- Familiarity with general and subcontract documents, blueprints, specifications, construction techniques, materials, surveying methods, and cost management practices.
- Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with scheduling software (such as Primavera or Microsoft Project) is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong management, leadership, and interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or the ability to obtain it during pre-employment (training provided by the company).
- Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Possess and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
