Field Case Manager

As a Field Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in our team, working closely with treating physicians, employers, customers, and other stakeholders to create and implement treatment plans that return injured individuals back to work safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with treating physicians and providers to develop personalized treatment plans
- Work with employers and customers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Manage workload effectively, prioritizing cases and making informed decisions to optimize outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in case management
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, or COHN) preferred
