We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Supportive Solutions Behavioral Health and Wellness.

As a Private Practice Clinician, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to our clients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and reassess patient situations to provide appropriate follow-up care.
  • Determine the status of patients mental health through medical information, interviews, observation, and testing.
  • Refer patients and family members to community resources or specialists as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy.
  • Maintain clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and collaborative notes.

Requirements:

  • Clinical License LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A
