Job Summary

A Brand Ambassador is a key representative who embodies the Carbliss brand with a positive and welcoming attitude. This role is crucial for building and maintaining a strong brand image and increasing brand awareness through in-store samplings, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Carbliss product and brand, including its features, new releases, and unique selling points.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer preferences to provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Represent the Carbliss brand in a professional manner at all times, adhering to any dress code or appearance standards set by the company.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the overall consumer experience.
  • Efficiently and accurately report event-specific data using the Company Sampling Portal.
  • Be flexible and able to handle unexpected situations or changes in plans during promotional events.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to working 2 Fridays and Saturdays per month.
What You'll Get to Do
  • Act as a spokesperson for the Carbliss brand, embodying its values and mission.
  • Engage with account managers and event staff to plan and execute events that increase brand visibility.
  • Interact with consumers during high-priority Off-Premise sampling events at grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail locations.
  • Execute occasional event marketing for local community events.
