Vice President of Risk Oversight

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Risk Oversight to lead our risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the consumer financial services industry.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $**140,000 - $190,000** depending on location and experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies, programs, and policies. They will identify, assess, and prioritize potential organizational risks and oversee the development and execution of risk mitigation plans.
The selected candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements applicable to the financial institutions served by F & I Sentinel LLC. They will collaborate closely with senior management to align risk management initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree and/or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the consumer financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader and team manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with board members, senior management, clients, vendors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
