Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver solutions and enable enterprise functionality for the business concerning SAP VIM, FI & CO, and RAR within a multinational framework.
  • Participate in the execution of SAP project implementations across various regions, ensuring alignment with Flowserve's Global Business Process Standardization and adherence to corporate governance and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the Finance segment of our S4/program, focusing on the following SAP modules: VIM/Open Text, FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), and RAR (Revenue Accounting & Recognition).
  • Ensure functional and process quality in SAP, along with the implementation and enhancement of project life cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with the production support team, SAP Consultants/Business Analysts, and various regional and global business partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Science.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven critical problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles.
  • Subject Matter Expert in VIM/Open Text on S4.
  • Subject Matter Expert in RAR Revenue Accounting and Recognition on S4.
  • Subject Matter Expert in FI/CO Finance Accounting & Controlling on S4.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective problem resolution.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who is responsive and organized.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25-50% to various Flowserve locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a computer-related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
