Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Riverton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a member of our staff, you will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
  • Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
  • Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
  • Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided


Requirements:

  • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a CNA in this state is required
  • Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting
