Job Title: Restoration Technician

At SERVPRO of Hardin/Larue Counties, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch service to our customers who have experienced property damage due to fire, water, or mold.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform restoration processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects.
  • Maintain the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and assigned service vehicles.
  • Provide quality, consistent, and efficient work, representing the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.
  • Make a difference in our community by serving customers who have experienced a disaster in their home.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through empathy and excellent communication with teammates and customers.
  • Take pride in completing projects within the timeline with exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic with a foundation in customer service.
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction industry preferred.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Working Hours and Travel Requirements:

This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Monday Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
