Medical Screening Associate

THE BLOOD CENTER HUMAN RESOURCES is seeking a medical screening associate to join our team. As a medical screening associate, you will be responsible for determining donor acceptability and assisting with smooth and efficient donor flow.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of donor screening requirements and excellent customer service skills. A valid CDL driver's license and a minimum of one year of experience driving large vehicles are also required.
We offer a competitive starting wage and a full benefits package including paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance. You will also receive paid time off after six months and an employer-contributed retirement plan.
Key responsibilities include representing TBC in a professional manner, driving buses to and from mobile drive sites, setting up and tearing down drive sites, assisting with donor flow, and determining donor acceptability.
Required qualifications include a valid CDL driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous experience driving large vehicles, excellent customer relations and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, working knowledge of word processing, and good aptitude for knowing how to expedite donor flow.
