Job Title: Case Manager - Special Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at Harmony Public Schools. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating special programs to support students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate special programs to ensure effective implementation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to identify and address individual needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support student success and well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in case management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
