Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Interventional Radiology department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assess and document patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
