Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service on the cash line and over the phone, handling transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and offering relevant products and services to meet those needs.
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions, such as mobile and online banking, to enhance their banking experience.
- Assist branch colleagues with tasks and projects to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Participate in outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technologies and financial solutions.
- Refer customers to internal experts when complex financial goals and needs are identified.
- Follow all bank processes and procedures, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use a computer and software applications frequently.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- One year of banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience.
Regions Bank offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision benefits, disability benefits, and more. This role is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is incentive eligible.
