Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Leesburg, VA. As a key member of our educational services team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to support students' communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify students' unique speech and language needs.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to address a wide range of communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, and social communication.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and fellow specialists to create a supportive learning environment and help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Virginia State SLP license or eligibility.
  • ASHA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in school-based settings or a related field.
