Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and testing of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify system functionality and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration and testing issues
  • Design and implement automated test scripts to streamline testing processes
  • Conduct performance analysis and risk assessments to ensure system reliability and security
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system integration and testing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in system integration and testing, including test planning, execution, and analysis
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with systems engineering on large government programs, particularly in ground systems solutions
  • Knowledge of pipeline development and maintenance, including tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
  • Expertise in manual testing techniques, including writing test procedures and maintaining/updating legacy test procedures
