At Right at Home Austin West, we are looking for exceptional Live-in Personal Care Attendants in Texas who are committed to delivering outstanding support in a nurturing atmosphere. As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), your role will involve providing essential personal assistance and health-related services to clients within their own residences. Our organization prioritizes integrity and a positive demeanor to ensure high-quality care.

  • Flexible Live-in Schedule: One week on / one week off
  • Competitive Compensation: $1600 weekly before taxes
  • Service Areas: Central Texas, including various locations
  • Travel Requirement: Must be prepared to drive up to 2 hours initially to reach clients
Key Responsibilities of a PCA:
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Support clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming needs
  • Provide transportation assistance (Valid Driver's License required)
  • Encourage positive interactions and mutual respect
