Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is $57,000-$67,000, depending on experience. This salary includes weekly pay and a competitive 401(k) match. Additionally, you will receive health, vision, dental & life insurance kick in on the first of the month after your start date, mental health support program, student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement, and many other perks.

Job Responsibilities
This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of our payroll department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll adjustments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage ADP software and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Process employee data and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate with employees, managers, and external agencies regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in payroll operations are required. You should be able to lift at least 20lbs and maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
