About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Intelligence Trainer to join our team at Jacobs. As a Senior Intelligence Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for resident and non-resident training courses, including classroom, hands-on, and simulation-based training.
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans, and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to address any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during training.
- Conduct training in support of specialized requirements or the training of new systems.
Requirements:
- 6 years of MOS operational experience as a 35F, 350F, 350B, 35D, or equivalent specialty in another branch of service or U.S. Government agency, conducting tactical all-source intelligence operations within the last 10 years.
- Received an Honorable discharge from military service.
- Completed a military leadership course (e.g., ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC).
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of additional experience directly related to the position description.
- Minimum of an Interim Secret or Secret clearance required.
