Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities, including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
  • Facilities Projects: Assist with various facilities projects, including painting, drywall installation, carpentry, and fixture installation.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual and power tools, as well as automated systems, to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and quality expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of commercial or institutional experience in the identified primary field.
  • Skills: Valid driver's license with no more than three current points, ability to move office furniture and other items weighing up to 25 pounds, and to operate various types of manual and power tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Practicing Catholic.
