Financial Representative Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Financial Representative Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge in financial services and sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job
- Ability to pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
