Aerospace Quality Assurance Role

Butler America Aerospace is seeking a skilled Inspection Technician III to join our team in Haltom City, TX. This 100% onsite position offers a competitive salary range of $24-28 per hour, with benefits including 401K, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

This role focuses on performing comprehensive inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and aerospace regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have experience in assembly/manufacturing inspection, with knowledge of general measurement tools and ability to interpret technical documentation.

  • Perform daily start-up reviews and verify documentation for products in the final inspection area.
  • Execute in-process and final inspections according to AS9102 standards and internal quality control procedures.
  • Document all inspection findings and maintain traceable, compliant inspection records.
  • Collaborate with Material Review Board (MRB) on non-conforming product disposition.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, is required. U.S. citizenship and a valid driver's license are also necessary.
