Main Tasks:

• Develop and implement attractive product displays to showcase our meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and advice to customers on our products, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Implement innovative ideas to increase customer engagement and drive sales of our products.
• Maintain a high level of product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness in the fresh food counter area.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant hygiene regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A vocational training or relevant work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy.
• A strong passion for retail and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Excellent customer orientation and communication skills.
• A team-oriented approach and a sense of responsibility.
