Job Overview

As a Tournant, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train line staff to achieve standard performance levels.
  • Communicate effectively with the Chef on duty to ensure proper service.
  • Assist in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, controlling labor and food costs.
  • Ensure safe and clean work conditions for all personnel.
  • Be a role model for others and maintain a 100% satisfaction rate.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of culinary experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is helpful.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Culinary degree/certification - preferred.
