Supply Link Inc is a leading business-to-business inventory management company, renowned for its supportive and results-driven company culture. We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

• Contact potential vendors and add them to our pipeline daily
• Pre-audit potential and current vendors to meet our qualifications
• Get vendors to send samples for evaluation and complete necessary documentation
• Update databases with suppliers and approved/rejected samples
• Negotiate with vendors to secure best prices
• Add client projections into the system for visibility
• Set up 3 vendors per raw material from 3 global regions
• Qualify, establish, and maintain our supply chain
• Analyze and update tools and trackers weekly
• Oversee our sourcing section

• Detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in computer and technology
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement role
• 1+ years of experience in a management role

• 1+ years of experience using Google Workspace or equivalent
