• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and thorough recovery of parts from HVAC systems.
• Handle and sort materials through the reclaim process, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Identify and address any potential issues with the equipment during the recovery process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed, depending on workload and business requirements.

• Previous manufacturing or construction experience, with a focus on environmental sustainability and safety protocols.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on personal protective equipment and hazardous materials handling.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and their environmental impact, with a focus on recycling and reclamation techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work with dust and oil, with a focus on physical stamina and endurance.
• Able to use hand and power tools, including metal cutting saws, with a focus on mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
• Works with a positive attitude and is a team player, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects, with a focus on physical strength and stamina.
