We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at V R Della Infotech Inc. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring life-sustaining therapies and interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication regimens to ensure safe and effective care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position is primarily within the Intensive Care Unit and periodically will FLOAT to ED, Med/Surg or Peds in case of low census. The Registered Nurse performs a variety of responsible nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments and ability to work independently in completing assignments.
