We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health - 65 James Street. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Handle and process surgical instruments and equipment
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Monitor and maintain patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a surgical technology program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 400 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
