About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center team, specializing in Pain Management.

As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical nursing care to patients undergoing various procedures, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their experience.

Our center offers a comprehensive range of services for patients with chronic pain, leveraging advanced treatment options to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate patient flow through the ASC.
  • Direct and supervise other caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including variances and adverse events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience as an RN in a perioperative or critical care setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or willingness to obtain within six months.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum
