Mixologist

**Job Summary**

OB Sports is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Operate the bar with efficiency and accuracy, preparing and serving beverages to our guests.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the wait staff to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.

• Promote specials, daily buffets, and cocktails to increase sales and drive revenue.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, making recommendations to guests as needed.

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

• High school education or equivalent.

• Local health and alcohol awareness certification.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
