We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including strains, effects, and recommended dosages, to effectively educate customers and make informed recommendations.
- Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Assist with returns and exchanges, following company procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Physical stamina to move throughout the facility, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
Trulieve provides a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $14.50 with opportunities for tips. This part-time role requires flexibility, with a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
