As the Huaka'i (leader), your role will involve greeting customers, adhering to company guidelines, and representing the OluKai brand with pride.

Available Position:

  • Full Time (40+ hours per week) - 1 position available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targets and objectives established by the company
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Open and close the store according to standards
  • Mentor Retail Associates as necessary
  • Interact with customers and foster relationships
  • Address customer concerns with the Aloha spirit
  • Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness standards are met
  • Assist with back-of-house operations
  • Utilize the POS system to enhance customer experience
  • Engage in local events and community support initiatives
