Job SummaryWe are seeking dedicated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with our support team to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Safe Delivery: Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all DOT laws and Amazon regulations.
- Prompt Delivery: Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
- Accurate Delivery: Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
- Administrative Tasks: Use smartphone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have held a state driver's license for at least 2 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must know how to use Smartphone. (multiple apps used to perform day-to-day responsibilities)
- Previous delivery experience (i.e., Postmates, DoorDash, Flex, etc.).
- Previous transportation experience (i.e., Uber, Lyft, etc.).
- Bilingual.
- Medical and Dental insurance.
