Qualifications:

Essential:

· Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

· Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and CMMS software.

Desirable:

· Basic understanding of business principles, including contract management, negotiation, billing practices, and relationship building.

· Experience in planning and scheduling is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular standing, walking, and the use of hands for handling tasks. The employee must be able to reach, stoop, kneel, and communicate effectively. Proficiency in using a telephone and computer for documentation is essential. Occasional lifting of over 30 pounds may be required, along with the ability to sit for extended periods and utilize close and color vision. Work is typically conducted in a moderately noisy office environment.
