Job SummaryThis entry-level Sales and Support Representative position involves working closely with clients and customers to enhance brand awareness and generate sales revenue. As an expert in our clients' products and services, you will share your knowledge directly with consumers and contribute to driving results and innovation.
Responsibilities:- Work directly with customers to promote our clients' brands, products, and services
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers, addressing their inquiries
- Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, highlighting areas for improvement
- Optimize client acquisition metrics and KPIs to maximize sales and revenue
- Adhere to compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process
- Develop and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients
- Participate in team meetings to refine customer service, sales, and leadership skills
- No prior experience necessary; 0-3 years of customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is desired
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior time management and organizational abilities
- Will to improve current skills and learn quickly
- Ability to confidently present information to clients, customers, and colleagues
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle is advantageous
Our estimated annual salary range for this role is $45,000-$65,000, contingent upon location and performance. We invest heavily in comprehensive training and resources to guarantee your success in this entry-level position.
