Job Summary:

We are seeking vibrant 1-Year-Old and Toddler Lead Teachers to educate, care for, and inspire young children. The ideal candidate will have patience, compassion, and energy to guide a class of children with different needs, abilities, aptitudes, and emotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Provide individualized attention and care to children
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Manage classroom schedules, curriculum, and reports
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve educational goals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
  • Ability to communicate with children at their level
