Key Responsibilities- Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and operational standards.
- Monitor and operate process equipment relevant to the assigned area.
- Achieve certification in all Operator functions and execute assigned tasks accordingly.
- Conduct in-process analytical evaluations, interpret results, and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive upkeep on equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive records and provide detailed shift summaries, addressing safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively with the incoming shift operator to ensure continuity of operations.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring unobstructed pathways.
- Complete training for certification in operating required powered industrial vehicles.
- Utilize training for operating essential software and hardware tools related to process control and analysis.
- Handle packaging and loading of materials using heavy machinery, including forklifts.
- Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- At least three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or an Associate degree in Process Technology.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- Compliance with pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace and adherence to safety policies.
- Willingness to support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Openness to relocation if necessary.
Note: Completion of an Online Assessment is required for this position. A passing score is necessary for consideration.
