Job Summary:

The Role:
As a CNA on 3 West, you will provide patient care under the supervision of an RN, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our patients. Your responsibilities will include performing basic patient care activities, assisting patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional care.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to grow and develop your skills as a CNA. You will work 30 hours per week on the night shift (7p-7a), with rotating weekend and holiday requirements. You will be part of a team of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients.

The Work:
As a CNA on 3 West, you will be responsible for:

Providing basic patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients

Assisting patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs

Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional care

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

You Have:
State of Maine Certified Nursing Assistant Certification

Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification

Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
