We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to join our team at Focused HR Solutions.
**Job Summary:**
As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing and validating software applications in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Medicaid claim processing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
* Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate software functionality
* Analyze and report test results to identify areas for improvement
**Requirements:**
* 4-6 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
