- Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors

Job Description:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting, addressing a range of health issues from simple to complex.
- Assume responsibility for a designated group of patients, ensuring their needs are met and their care is coordinated.
- Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments, noting any changes in physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians to examine patients and perform minor diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Monitor patients' physiological data and intervene when necessary, administering medication as prescribed and initiating, regulating, and monitoring intravenous infusions and blood products.
- Deliver exceptional patient care, interacting with patients and families to share the care plan during hospitalization and at discharge.
- Inform patients and families about hospital procedures, making referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel.
- Delegate tasks to support staff, performing other duties as assigned.
