Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at MJ Care, Inc. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address student learning and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide support and guidance to students.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to students, as needed.
  • Participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings to ensure students receive appropriate services and accommodations.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and implement evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology or related field.
  • Department of Public Instruction license #62.
  • Wisconsin School Psychologist #7062.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain.
  • 1+ years of experience preferred.
Working Conditions

The School Psychologist will work in a fast-paced school environment, interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The School Psychologist will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality services to students and families, as well as a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
