As a Steward/Stewardess at LAZ Parking, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
  • Sort bottles and break disposable ones in bottle-crushing machines.
  • Polish silver using a burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
