Camp Twin Lakes is seeking a Camp Manager to oversee the planning and management of our therapeutic camping programs. Our programs provide a safe and supportive environment for children, adolescents, adults, and families living with serious illnesses, disabilities, and life challenges.

The Camp Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all campers and volunteers have a positive and meaningful experience, focusing on the mission of Camp Twin Lakes. This includes managing services to partners, user groups, and the public, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers and volunteers.

Regional travel is required for this position, which is based in Rutledge or Winder, Georgia. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage therapeutic camping programs
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and volunteers
• Manage services to partners, user groups, and the public
• Coordinate regional travel and logistics

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
