As a member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for patient education, managing approved medical protocols, and collaborating in multi-disciplinary rounds.
- Your pharmacy duties will encompass order review, entry, IV admixture, and preparation of unit dose medications for nursing staff, as well as participation in emergency response activities and maintaining proficiency in essential clinical functions.
- Your commitment to patient care and pharmacy expertise will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in a high-acuity environment.
- You possess the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, colleagues, healthcare providers, and visitors.
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited pharmacy institution.
- Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
