Job Title: Shooting Range Attendant Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified individual to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our shooting range facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Remove loose debris from the range floor using a vacuum equipped with a HEPA filter.
* Conduct wet decontamination of exposed non-porous surfaces in the range using water and mild surfactant.
* Prevent introduction of water to the bullet trap and auger system.
* Block floor drains in the range to prevent discharge of fluid.
* Complete air monitoring for respirable metal dust during maintenance operations.
* Develop a list of damaged items or items requiring replacement and submit to the Security Forces Squadron.
* Sample waste generated for RCRA metals to determine if it is a characteristic hazardous waste.
* Remove debris accumulated in the floor drain in the bullet trap area annually.

Requirements:

* Basic understanding of firearms safety principles.
* Familiarity with shooting range protocols, rules, and procedures.
* Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is beneficial.
* Physical fitness for safe and efficient performance of duties.
