Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough legal guidance on intricate estate planning, trust management, and probate matters.
  • Draft and evaluate various legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust-related disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis to inform clients about the legal ramifications of different estate planning options.

Qualifications:
