We are currently seeking a Signage Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. This pivotal role is essential in supporting both our operational efforts and customer satisfaction within our Signs & Graphics division.
As a vital member of our community, you will embody our company values while executing your responsibilities. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the assembly and installation of signage throughout the Carolinas, including:
- Engaging with customers on-site and representing Duncan-Parnell with professionalism.
- Safely and efficiently operating various tools and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving installation-related issues.
- Interpreting maps, construction plans, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and job protocols, which include:
- Preparing for installations by reviewing the scope of work with the production team, organizing tools, and managing materials.
- Receiving and verifying incoming shipments from vendors.
- Documenting completed installations with photographs.
- Communicating effectively with team members and completing necessary paperwork for billing purposes.
- Perform a variety of installations, such as:
- Exterior signage with posts (e.g., V-Signs, parking/directional signs, banners).
- Interior signage, including acrylics, wayfinding signs, impact logos, and wall/window graphics.
- Utilizing lifts (scissor lift, boom lift) as required for certain installations.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in light construction, carpentry, fabrication, or signage preferred.
- Commitment to upholding Duncan-Parnell's mission and values.

- Mechanically skilled with basic carpentry knowledge and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds or more.
