YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Geriatric RN Medical Care Manager, you will engage with patients aged 60 and above who are living with HIV/AIDS.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- At least 1 year of experience in Case Management
- Familiarity with Ryan White Services is preferred
- Certification from the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC) is preferred
