Position Overview

The Foundry Ministries is on the lookout for a committed Pricing Specialist to become a part of our dedicated team. This role is essential in evaluating, pricing, and preparing merchandise for our thrift operations. As a Pricing Specialist, you will embody the mission, vision, and core values of The Foundry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a thorough assessment of items to establish pricing based on design, quality, and condition.
  • Work closely with the Production team to ensure compliance with established procedures while maintaining a tidy and safe workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to program participants and fellow team members.
  • Assist in the training of staff and program participants.
  • Document program participant progress and collaborate with management to address any concerns.
  • Communicate maintenance and supply requirements to the relevant departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency Certificate, or GED.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or thrift store operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capable of managing situations with composure and efficiency.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • A collaborative team player with a servant leadership approach.
